Ira Mitzner is the President and CEO of RIDA Development Corporation, a leading real estate development and investment firm with ownership in a global portfolio exceeding $5 billion. As President and CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth and operations.
Mr. Mitzner has spearheaded RIDA’s strategic evolution, overseeing the firm’s global expansion, and the creation and transformation of its large-scale hospitality development platform. Under Mr. Mitzner’s leadership, today RIDA is the largest private developer and owner of multi-branded conference resorts.
Mr. Mitzner serves as Chairman of Apollo-RIDA, a prominent real estate development and investment firm based in Central Europe, with a portfolio across Poland, Germany, and other key European markets.
Mr. Mitzner is currently the Chairman of the Board of Yeshiva University. He is also a trustee of Baylor College of Medicine. In 2023, he was appointed as a Commissioner on the Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Commission. He is a trustee of United Orthodox Synagogue. He is a board member of the American Society of Yad Vashem. He also serves as a Board Member of Holocaust Museum Houston.
Mr. Mitzner earned his bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University, where he was also awarded an honorary doctorate.

Luke Charlton is the Chief Operating Officer of RIDA Development Corporation. In his role, he draws on more than 25 years of experience as a seasoned executive in commercial real estate development and investment. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $4 billion in real estate development and $2 billion in investment-grade acquisitions. His expertise spans residential, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on public private partnerships and complex financial and organizational structuring.
Since joining RIDA Development Corporation in 2008, Mr. Charlton has played a key role in leading development efforts across the United States, contributing to the firm’s portfolio of large-scale, mixed-use projects. In addition to his work at RIDA, Mr. Charlton holds Series 3 and 63 licenses from FINRA and a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License.
Mr. Charlton actively supports several nonprofit organizations, including The Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation, Houston Food Bank, and the Florida Grand Opera.
Brett Treadwell is a finance and accounting executive with over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. As Chief Financial Officer of RIDA Development Corporation, he oversees financial reporting, treasury and lender relations, tax structuring, and business process optimization, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the firm’s financial strategy. Since joining RIDA in 2015, he has played a key role in strengthening financial oversight, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
Prior to RIDA, Mr. Treadwell served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at AmREIT, Inc. (NYSE: AMRE), where he helped grow assets under management from $125 million to over $1.2 billion, leading to the company’s successful sale in 2015. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years in public accounting, specializing in auditing and advisory services across multiple industries. A Baylor University graduate, he holds a CPA designation and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Treadwell serves on the Audit Committee of the Ronald McDonald House in Houston and is an active member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church.
Marc Reicher is an Executive Vice President at RIDA Development Corporation, overseeing the firm’s Florida development activities. His responsibilities include strategic planning, government relations, and large-scale project execution, including the ChampionsGate master-planned community. He has worked extensively on urban development and mixed-use projects, with a focus on long-term asset performance.
Since joining RIDA in 2000, Mr. Reicher has been involved in several major developments. He contributed significantly to the development of Central Station Orlando, a $200 million transit-oriented mixed-use project integrating residential, hospitality, retail, and public spaces. He also plays an instrumental role in the continued development and operations of ChampionsGate, one of Florida’s largest master-planned communities.
Prior to RIDA, Mr. Reicher spent 10 years at Trammell Crow Company, where he led more than $400 million in real estate development, working with clients such as Publix, Target, General Motors, and Mobil Oil. His work has focused on large-scale planning and investment strategies across urban and resort-oriented projects.
